Qualifications

• 10+ years in a management or leadership role.

Responsibilities

• Design and execute provider reimbursement and patient access strategies for current products and launches.
• Lead and scale Field Reimbursement Directors and Patient Services Hub staff.
• Develop go-to-market strategy for FRM, coordinate reimbursement tools and accounts.
• Oversee operations, analytics and service delivery to patients and caregivers.
• Monitor payer policies and coding; adapt strategies as needed.
• Partner with brand leadership and sales to align on account priorities.
• Establish KPIs tying team performance to patient outcomes.
• Drive adoption of innovative tech solutions to improve efficiency.
