Job summary

Santander is seeking a VP level Murex Application Developer to lead architecture, design, and deployment of MX.3 initiatives for Global Markets. You will collaborate with Global Markets, Risk, Finance, Operations, and Architecture teams to deliver scalable solutions with resiliency and regulatory compliance.

You will mentor engineering teams, drive engineering standards, and lead platform upgrades and production releases while guiding multiple initiatives with senior stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in IT, application development, or capital markets tech.
• 3+ years implementing, configuring, developing Murex MX.3.
• Experience across Front Office, Risk, Finance, Operations, and Back Office.

Responsibilities

• Lead architecture, design, development and support of Murex MX.3 initiatives in Global Markets.
• Own delivery of enhancements across Front Office to Back Office domains.
• Mentor developers and drive engineering best practices.
