Qualifications

• 10+ years of multifamily real estate development experience.
• Strong financial modeling and underwriting capabilities.
• Fluency with capital stack structures and investment returns analysis.
• Familiarity with architectural, engineering, and construction processes in multifamily development.

Responsibilities

• Source and evaluate multifamily development opportunities in Southern California.
• Negotiate transactions from LOI through closing and present deals to Investment Committee.
• Manage the full pursuit process and oversee budgets and quarterly forecasting.
• Lead and mentor the local market office team and drive performance.
• Coordinate investor/analyst tours and represent the firm in the Southern California real estate community.
