High Country: Private Equity Search is seeking a Senior Associate or VP to join a private equity real estate team focused on multifamily acquisitions. The role supports sourcing, underwriting, due diligence, and the execution of investment opportunities across residential assets.

The candidate will lead the acquisition process, coordinate with legal counsel, and manage investor communications, with heavy involvement in term sheets, loan documents, and project diligence.

Qualifications

• Significant experience evaluating multifamily assets.
• Experience supporting acquisition sourcing and underwriting in a private equity setting.

Responsibilities

• Support sourcing and evaluate prospective acquisition opportunities in target multifamily markets.
• Oversee preliminary underwriting, build financial models and business plans.
• Prepare investment committee memorandums, investor presentations, and due diligence summaries.
• Oversee acquisition process, manage due diligence, site visits, and closing coordination.
• Negotiate purchase agreements, entity formation, and related legal documents with counsel.
• Source acquisition loans and assist in loan term sheet negotiation.
• Interact with investor partners on market, property, and investment updates as needed.
• Assist in asset disposition and maintain market relationships.
