Job summary

Pennymac, a leading mortgage services company in the United States, is seeking a Product Owner to own strategy, roadmap, and execution for key technology solutions within the lending experience. You will collaborate with business units, technology teams, and executives to drive innovation and measure outcomes across agile teams.

You will define the product vision, manage backlog, and translate business needs into actionable requirements, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with company goals.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Agile experience and product ownership.
• Proven success delivering complex technology products in Agile environments.
• Strong knowledge of product management, BA, and process improvement.
• Experience with Agile tools (JIRA/Confluence) and data tools.

Responsibilities

• Define and champion product vision, strategy, and roadmap.
• Own end-to-end product lifecycle from ideation to launch.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across units and leadership.
• Translate needs into clear user stories, acceptance criteria, and requirements.
• Maintain backlog and drive Agile ceremonies and prioritization.
