Qualifications

• 5–8+ years of Technology-focused equity research experience.
• Strong understanding of Industrial Technology sectors including aerospace, defense, automation, robotics, electrification, mobility, and emerging tech.
• Advanced financial modeling, forecasting, and valuation skills.
• Proven ability to analyze complex business models and synthesize into investment conclusions.
• Experience publishing research and supporting actionable stock recommendations.
• Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills.
• Strong client-facing experience with institutional investors and company management teams.

Responsibilities

• Build, maintain, and enhance detailed financial models for Industrial Technology companies.
• Conduct fundamental research on industry trends, innovations, and catalysts.
• Perform valuation and financial analysis to support stock recommendations.
• Develop differentiated research with actionable insights for institutional clients.
• Prepare earnings previews and sector updates.
• Lead meetings with company management and investors.
• Monitor macro, regulatory, supply chain, and tech developments affecting the sector.
• Develop expertise across Aerospace, Defense, EVs, AVs, eVTOLs, Robotics, Humanoids, and Emerging Tech.
• Communicate investment views to institutional clients via reports and conferences.
• Collaborate with senior analysts, sales and trading, and research management on expansion and engagement.
• Mentor junior associates and contribute to team leadership.
