Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred.
• Minimum seven years of experience in commercial and installment lending and business development.
• Proven experience in identifying and servicing large C&I loans where loan originations exceed $5 million and business revenues $25M+.
• Excellent sales, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Call on middle market clients to promote loans and deposit relationships.
• Coordinate work with applicable departments to ensure smooth information flow and timely responses.
• Prepare presentations for the Board of Directors and Loan Committee.
• Assist partners with calling efforts and structuring loans referred.
• Work to meet production, deposit, and revenue goals.
