Strong experience using AI tools to lead innovation initiatives. Demonstrated leadership in managing AI-related risks, ensuring ethical governance, and fostering a culture of responsible AI adoption across the organization

  • Builds, mentors, and leads a team of delivery managers, providing coaching, performance guidance, and professional development to elevate team capability and quality of output
  • Partners with senior business leaders, product owners, and technology stakeholders to shape program scope, define success criteria, and communicate progress at an executive level
  • Anticipates and manages organizational risk, resource constraints, and cross-program dependencies, developing and leading mitigation strategies that protect delivery outcomes and business continuity
  • Champions the adoption of AI-enabled delivery tools, intelligent automation, and modern enterprise collaboration platforms to improve productivity, strengthen reporting, and accelerate time-to-value
  • Establishes performance metrics and business intelligence dashboards, reviewing trends and embedding lessons learned to build a more scalable, data-informed, and resilient operating model
