Lead end-to-end delivery of high-impact, cross-functional Finance strategic programs spanning technology implementation, process transformation, and change management.
The Strategic Programs Office (SPO) drives the planning and execution of high-impact initiatives across Moody's Finance organization. Partnering with Finance leaders across the enterprise, the team leads complex, cross-functional programs - ensuring delivery against timelines and budgets, managing interdependencies, and proactively resolving challenges with a Finance-wide perspective. By joining the SPO, you will collaborate with senior Finance leaders and cross-functional teams to drive meaningful change and contribute to Moody's continued innovation and growth, including the adoption of AI-enabled tools and capabilities that advance how Finance delivers value across the organization.
For US-based roles only: the anticipated hiring base salary range for this position is $119,100.00 - $172,650.00, depending on factors such as experience, education, level, skills, and location. This range is based on a full-time position. In addition to base salary, this role is eligible for incentive compensation.
