Qualifications

• Advanced degree including MD, PhD, PharmD, MBA, MS.
• Drug development expertise in the global pharmaceutical/biotechnology industry.
• Experience with regulatory submissions (BLA/NDA/MAA) and lifecycle management.

Responsibilities

• Act as single point of accountability for a medicine from PoC to first major market approvals.
• Lead the Medicine Development Team across R&D, Manufacturing, Commercial and other functions.
• Oversee post-approval support to the Medicine Commercial Team and lifecycle management in major markets.
• Ensure governance and effective cross-functional collaboration across the MDT and governance bodies.
