Atlantic Health seeks an innovative physician leader to serve as EVP and President, Physician Enterprise. You will lead a cohesive, integrated multi-specialty physician enterprise across the system, aligning independent, affiliated, and employed physicians around growth, access, quality, value, and service line priorities.

Qualifications

• Minimum of ten (10) years of senior leadership experience in a group practice or hospital system.
• Experience as a physician executive in a multi-specialty enterprise is preferred.
• Strong track record in strategic planning, operations, and financial stewardship.

Responsibilities

• Lead the advancement of the physician enterprise across the health system.
• Develop enterprise-wide physician strategy engaging independent, affiliated, and employed physicians.
• Oversee physician practice operations, provider productivity, and compensation strategies.
• Partner with C-suite to drive technology-enabled improvements and patient access.
