Job summary

Testing Site - JPMC is seeking a Vice President for its Media & Communications Investment Banking team to drive growth on high-profile transactions. You will build relationships with corporate and financial institution clients and work across M&A, restructurings, loans, and equity/debt raises.

You will lead deal processes, coordinate junior bankers, and refine materials for client impact while managing risks and negotiations with counterparties.

Qualifications

• Front office investment banking experience at senior associate or VP level preferred.
• Experience training junior bankers.
• Strong written and verbal communication, concise client pitches.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary day-to-day client point of contact and lead banker on deals.
• Review and coordinate analytical work of junior bankers to move marketing/execution forward.
• Refine marketing/execution materials for maximum client impact.
• Oversee creation of financial projection models with M&A partners.
• Identify and manage all risks in a given deal.
• Liaise with product partners, lawyers, accountants, counterparties.
• Lead client negotiations, Q&A processes and management presentations.
• Act as sector captain for at least one media/communications sub-vertical.
• Establish relationships with peers at corporate clients and sponsors.
• Sourcing new deal opportunities with senior bankers.
