JPMorgan Chase & Co. is seeking a Vice President to join our Media & Communications Investment Banking team. You will develop relationships with corporate and financial sponsor clients and lead deals across mergers, restructurings, debt and equity capital raises.

As the primary client contact and deal lead, you will coordinate junior bankers, refine marketing materials, oversee financial projections, identify risks, and guide negotiations and management presentations with senior bankers.

Qualifications

• Senior banking front office experience, VP level preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication with concise and defendable ideas.
• Very strong quantitative and analytical skills including valuation work.

Responsabilités

• Act as the primary day-to-day client point of contact and lead banker on deals.
• Review and coordinate the analytical work of junior bankers to move marketing/execution forward.
• Refine marketing/execution materials for maximum client impact.
• Oversee the creation of financial projection models in coordination with M&A partners.
• Identify and manage all risks in a deal.
• Liaise with internal and external parties on transactions.
