Job summary

Testing Site - JPMC seeks a Vice President in Investment Banking Diversified Industries with a track record in relationship-building with corporates and financial institutions. You’ll lead across M&A, capital raises, and related advisory work in North America and globally.

You will analyze detailed financial data, build models, and create client-ready pitch books while mentoring junior staff. Extensive travel up to 50% is expected as you drive deals and expand coverage.

Qualifications

• Minimum four years post-MBA or five years post-undergraduate in IB coverage.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong quantitative and analytical abilities, Excel modelling and valuation.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Ability to interact with clients professionally and maturely.

Responsibilities

• Support equity and debt capital raises and M&A processes.
• Lead transactions including M&A, IPOs, and other markets activity in NA diversified industrials.
• Analyze corporate and financial information and conduct due diligence.
• Perform financial modeling and valuation analyses (DCF, comps, LBO).
• Create pitch books for acquisitions, divestitures, and capital structure ideas.
• Train analysts and associates; lead day-to-day client dialogue and execution.
• Build relationships with decision-makers globally in diversified industrials; prospect new clients.
• Travel up to 50% domestically and internationally.
