Job summary

Qualifications

• 12+ years of marketing leadership experience, preferably in real estate or master-planned communities
• Proven success in brand building and demand generation
• Strong analytical mindset with ability to translate data into strategy
• Experience managing long sales cycles
• Track record of leading high-performing teams and external partners

Responsibilities

• Define and lead the brand vision for corporate and community platforms
• Develop a long-term, data-driven marketing strategy aligned with business goals
• Own the full marketing funnel from awareness to conversion
• Create programs to drive onsite traffic and experiential events
• Lead realtor and builder engagement to accelerate absorption
• Coordinate corporate marketing and communications with external agencies
• Set and manage the annual marketing budget and KPIs
