Responsible for leading the development and execution of FedEx Freight's integrated marketing and communications strategy to strengthen the brand and reputation, deepen customer and employee engagement, and support business growth objectives. Provides executive leadership for marketing strategy and operations, customer insights, digital and product marketing, content and performance marketing, brand strategy and creative services, social media, field and event marketing, internal communications, executive and external affairs, media relations, customer communications, and related communications programs. Ensures a consistent company narrative and brand experience across customer, employee, market, media, community, and other key stakeholder touchpoints.

Bachelor's degree/equivalent in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, Business Administration, or a related field.
Ten (10) years of progressive experience across marketing, communications, brand, or related corporate functions, including seven (7) years in positions with management responsibility, with demonstrated success developing and executing strategies that strengthen brand and reputation, drive customer and employee engagement, and support business growth. A related advanced degree may offset a portion of the experience requirements.

Actual pay is determined by job-related factors permitted by law and relevant to the position, such as experience, tenure, market level, pay at the location for this job, performance, schedule, and work assignment.
