Job summary

TWG Group Holdings, LLC (TWG Global) seeks a VP of Market Surveillance to lead hands-on oversight across CFTC-regulated markets and to shape surveillance strategy at scale from New York City. You will monitor activity, investigate anomalies, and build cases with deep exchange and regulatory insight.

You will translate surveillance into product requirements, collaborate with engineering and data science, and help define standards as the function grows.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in market monitoring and surveillance or equivalent
• Experience with regulatory bodies or market integrity investigations
• Strong analytical skills and ability to work with trading data
• Clear written and verbal communications for technical and regulatory audiences

Responsibilities

• Run real-time monitoring and post-trade surveillance across regulated sports event contracts
• Own investigations from case build to reporting and escalation
• Translate surveillance practice into product with engineering and data science
• Define detection logic, tune alerts, and reduce false positives
• Develop and maintain surveillance framework including thresholds and escalation paths
• Collaborate with Legal, Risk, Compliance, and Engineering to strengthen systems
• Help define team structure as surveillance scales
