Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Respond to regulatory inquiries from CFTC/SEC.
• Conduct real-time market monitoring of SEF platforms.
• Review electronic communications flagged by lexicon.
• Ensure regulatory trade reporting is accurate.
• Collaborate with teams to align SEF processes with regulations.
• Compile weekly industry comparison reports across assets.
• Coordinate with NFA on trade surveillance inquiries/ investigations.
• Other duties as assigned.
