Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 6–8 years of relevant policy/government experience.
• Experience driving public policy priorities.
• Ability to manage relationships with senior stakeholders.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational and project management abilities.
• Analytical and independent problem-solving skills.
• Experience presenting materials for senior executives.
• Self-starter with strong time management.

Responsibilities

• Support strategic direction and execution of regulatory initiatives.
• Develop advocacy strategies with US regulators and associations.
• Build relationships with CIB stakeholders on regulatory objectives.
• Manage relationships with US regulators and industry groups.
• Prepare briefing materials for senior management.
• Coordinate with partners to form regulatory positions for Markets and Securities Services.
• Lead cross-functional project teams to drive outcomes.
• Communicate regulatory policy positions through meetings and forums.
• Monitor regulatory developments and assess impact.
• Foster a collaborative, high-performance team culture.
