Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree required.
  • 6+ years of policy or government experience in regulatory affairs.
  • Experience driving public policy priorities with trade associations or corporations.
  • Proven ability to build relationships with senior management, regulators, and stakeholders.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong project management with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

  • Support the CCB Regulatory Affairs team in strategic direction and execution.
  • Develop advocacy strategies with US regulators, trade associations, and external stakeholders.
  • Build and maintain relationships with CCB stakeholders to align regulatory priorities.
  • Manage relationships with regulators, policymakers, and industry groups.
  • Prepare briefing materials for senior management.
  • Coordinate with partners to develop regulatory policy positions.
  • Lead cross-functional project teams to ensure timely completion.
  • Communicate firm positions through written responses, meetings, and forums.
  • Monitor regulatory developments and assess impact on business strategy.
  • Promote collaborative team culture and professional growth.
