Job summary

The Klick Group is seeking an experienced VP of Market Access Strategy in the United States to lead payer and population-based strategies for multiple biopharma clients. You will translate market access insights into integrated, system-level plans and guide access strategies across product lifecycles.

Partner with Medical, Client Services and cross-functional leaders to shape access strategy, drive business growth, and mentor the team.

Qualifications

• 8–12 years of experience in pharmaceutical/biotech market access with leadership in payer and population-based strategy.
• Deep expertise in U.S. healthcare systems and how population-level decisions are made.
• Proven ability to lead senior client engagements and drive cross-functional strategy across Strategy, Medical, and Creative teams.
• Experience in developing strategic frameworks and content platforms for value communication and access decisions.

Responsibilities

• Lead population-based market access strategy integrating payer, provider, and health system perspectives into cohesive client recommendations.
• Architect decision maker engagement strategies across payer organizations, IDNs, and other organized customers.
• Translate policy, reimbursement trends, and stakeholder dynamics into forward-looking strategic frameworks and content platforms.
• Define and evolve payer and population health narratives, value propositions, and access strategies across product lifecycles.
• Serve as a senior advisor to clients, guiding enterprise-level access strategy and ensuring alignment to real-world decision-making environments.
• Build and maintain senior client relationships and drive high-impact, insight-driven work.
• Mentor team members and contribute to account growth and new business.
