Qualifications

• 8–12 years in pharmaceutical/biotech market access, with leadership in payer strategy.
• Proven ability to lead senior client engagements and cross-functional teams.
• Deep U.S. healthcare system knowledge and policy understanding.
• MBA, PharmD or MPH preferred.
• Experience in agency or biopharma environments is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Lead population-based market access strategy integrating payer, provider, and broader health system perspectives.
• Design engagement strategies for payers and IDNs to influence coverage and adoption.
• Translate policy and reimbursement trends into strategic recommendations.
• Shape value propositions and access narratives across product lifecycles.
• Collaborate with medical, strategy, creative, and client services teams.
• Mentor and develop talent within the market access group.
• Support business growth through thought leadership and new opportunities.
• Build trusted relationships with senior client stakeholders.
• Lead cross-functional collaboration to align market access with brand objectives.
• Advance patient access strategies including affordability considerations.
