You will partner with Creative, Medical, Client Services, Analytics, and other teams to shape integrated solutions that inspire exceptional work while driving measurable business outcomes.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in brand/marketing strategy within agency or similar.
• Experience developing positioning, segmentation, brand strategy, and launch initiatives for healthcare or regulated industries.
• Translate scientific, commercial, market, and customer insights into strategic recommendations and briefs.
• Experience presenting to senior client stakeholders and leading multidisciplinary teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead brand, communications, positioning, launch, and growth strategies aligning objectives with insights.
• Develop strategic briefs, messaging platforms, and integrated marketing plans.
• Partner with Creative, Medical, Client Services, Analytics, and cross-functional stakeholders to deliver integrated client solutions.
• Present strategic recommendations to senior stakeholders, facilitate alignment, influence key decisions.
• Contribute to new business, growth, and elevate the quality of strategic work while coaching strategists.
