Job summary

Crusoe Energy Systems is seeking a VP of Product Management to own the vision, strategy and execution for Managed AI Services. You will lead a cross-functional team, partner with engineering and GTM teams, and drive adoption, revenue and margin at scale.

You will shape the roadmap around inference, tuning, RL and agent sandboxes, aligning with market trends and customer needs. Strong leadership and AI domain expertise are essential.

Qualifications

• Proven experience building, leading and mentoring product management teams.
• Experience launching AI-native and enterprise products.
• Experience with AI managed services (inference, tuning, RL, sandboxes) and related evaluation practices.
• Strong strategic leadership with cross-functional influence.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Own the vision, strategy and roadmap for the Managed AI Services portfolio.
• Lead and mentor a team of product managers; drive performance and development.
• Partner with engineering, PM, marketing, sales and customer success to define requirements and drive lifecycle from concept to scale.
• Own business metrics: usage, reliability, production KPIs, pipeline, revenue and gross margin.
• Shape go-to-market, pricing, routes-to-market and partnerships; manage risks and budgets.
