Qualifications

• 10-15 years of progressive maintenance and managerial experience.
• Experience as a Plant Leader and Project/Program Manager.
• Demonstrated leadership with ethics and company values.

Responsibilities

• Lead and implement Safety program to ensure a safe Reading operations environment.
• Oversee maintenance operations and ensure compliance with standards and quality systems.
• Develop budgets, metrics, scorecards, and asset reliability improvements.
• Manage and develop subordinate managers, conduct performance reviews, and set goals.
• Foster a collaborative culture, recruit and retain staff, and communicate company vision.
