Qualifications

• Ability to coordinate and manage multiple projects simultaneously; strong time management.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and execute projects and initiatives impacting Location Strategy.
• Coordinate with Market Project Managers and stakeholders.
• Conduct site walkthroughs to ensure facilities meet corporate standards.
• Understand sub lines of business drivers and location strategy needs, goals, challenges, and dependencies.
• Maintain proactive engagement with clients to align on strategy adjustments.
• Ensure adherence to Global Real Estate parameters in actions and decisions.
• Collaborate with Real Estate Leadership to align market strategy and facility needs.
• Identify obstacles early and develop remediation strategies for ad-hoc requests.
• Monitor seat supply and demand and highlight risks and opportunities.
• Build strong relationships with key constituents to support execution of location strategy.
