Job summary

Chase is seeking a Location Strategy Project Manager - Senior Associate to apply your project management skills to Consumer and Community Banking initiatives in the Northeast and Mid-Atlantic markets.

You will oversee market-wide location strategy projects, coordinate with other project managers, conduct site walkthroughs, and ensure alignment with Global Real Estate standards while building strong relationships with business leaders and real estate partners.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or related discipline.
• 2+ years of experience in financial analysis, operations analytics, or project management.
• Strong work ethic, proactive and results-oriented, fact-based approach.
• Demonstrated ability to coordinate and execute multiple projects simultaneously with time management.
• Excellent, polished communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Strong problem-solving skills to navigate ambiguity.
• Excellent interpersonal skills to build partnerships at all levels of the organization.
• Self-starter with strong organizational skills; manage multiple deliverables.
• Advanced Microsoft Office skills (PitchPro, Excel).

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and execute projects and initiatives impacting Consumer and Community Banking's Location Strategy
• Manage and partner with Project Managers within the market
• Arrange and conduct site walkthroughs to ensure facilities meet corporate standards and identify needs/opportunities
• Develop understanding of sub lines of business drivers, strategic objectives and location strategy needs
• Maintain proactive engagement with clients to stay apprised of strategy adjustments
• Understand, convey, and monitor businesses adherence to Global Real Estate parameters
• Partner with local Consumer and Community Banking and Real Estate Leadership for alignment on market strategy
• Identify obstacles and develop remediation strategies for ad-hoc requests
• Monitor seat supply and demand in market and raise awareness of risks and opportunities
• Create strong relationships with key constituents to ensure successful execution of location strategy
• Use conflict management between Lines of Business regarding Location Strategy
