Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking an Asset Management Loan Servicing professional to support a sizable portfolio of credit facilities in a fast-paced environment.

You will review loan documents, translate complex language into precise calculations, and coordinate onboarding with the loan processing team while validating inputs. You will also monitor covenants, prepare investor allocations, and ensure accurate loan activity processing.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Real Estate, and/or Accounting.
• Minimum of 3 years in Asset Management (loan servicing, risk/financial analysis).
• Understanding of debt instruments and financial reporting.
• Knowledge of real estate markets: multifamily, office, retail, senior living.

Responsibilities

• Support a portfolio of 50-100 credit facilities.
• Review loan documents and translate legal language into calculations.
• Instruct loan processing team to onboard facilities and validate inputs.
• Ensure accuracy of loan activity processing (draws, repayments, waterfalls).
• Prepare financial statements and investor allocations.
• Monitor financial and reporting covenants.
• Perform additional loan servicing and reporting as needed.
