Job summary

Lendistry is a national minority-led, tech-enabled lender. We are seeking a VP Servicing to lead the Servicing Team in a hybrid role based in Tustin and Los Angeles, overseeing daily loan operations, escrow, and collateral perfection.

You will coach staff and drive process improvements to ensure timely, accurate servicing. The role requires a bachelor’s degree or 7+ years in financial services, strong communication, and Excel prowess, with cross-functional collaboration across accounting,

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in related field or 7 years equivalent experience.
• 5-7 years financial services work experience preferred.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and strong written/oral communication.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Servicing Team: daily loan operations, payments, escrow, loan boarding, collateral perfection.
• Supervise servicing specialists; conduct performance reviews and coaching.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and investor guidelines; handle complex borrower issues.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with accounting, treasury, credit, and audits to streamline processes.
• Prepare documentation for audits and facilitate reporting to partners.
