Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred.
• 8+ years in an Agency Middle/Front Office role with highly structured transactions.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Applications and Loan IQ.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills, with stakeholder management experience.
• Ability to manage complex priorities and drive process improvements.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the Agency Middle Office team, including staffing, training, and performance management.
• Foster relationships with borrowers, lenders, and internal/external stakeholders.
• Oversee a centralised agency pipeline to support capacity planning and resource allocation.
• Champion process enhancements and innovative solutions to optimise service delivery.
• Ensure adherence to legal documentation, internal policies, and regulatory requirements.
