Job summary

Mizuho Financial Group, Inc. in New York seeks an AVP in Loan Administration to oversee agency and bilateral loan servicing, ensure accuracy, and provide leadership within LAU.

This role supports complex syndicated and bilateral facilities and coordinates with Agent Banks, borrowers, and treasury. The candidate will manage new deal closings, review credit documents, coordinate funds flow, and maintain data integrity in loan systems.

Qualifications

• Seven years or more of loan product experience as Administrative Agent.
• Experience with loan operating systems: ACBS, LoanIQ.
• Experience with specialized lending products (e.g. Asset Securitization, Leasing, CLOs, Project Finance).
• Experience with compliance in a lending area.
• Experience with collateral evaluation procedures.
• Proficient in management of lending products; strong organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Act as LAU representative coordinating transactions among customers, Agent Banks, Participant banks, Front office, Americas Treasury Division and other parties.
• Manage the administrative aspect of all New Deal Closings.
• Calculating, invoicing and disbursing all deal related fees.
• Coordinating movement of funds related to initial funding and closing.
• Work closely with Borrower and Bank Group; report to Management on transactions requiring special handling or approval.
• Partner with LoanIQ migration teams and assist with LoanIQ training.
• Maintain high level of data integrity and collateral maintenance.
