Job summary

Carter's Inc. is seeking a Vice President Licensing to build and scale a profitable, brand-aligned licensing program spanning product categories, channels, and geographies.

The role reports to executive leadership and partners with teams across merchandising, design, marketing, legal, wholesale, and supply chain to drive revenue growth and brand engagement. The successful candidate will balance brand stewardship with revenue optimization, manage external partnerships, and set strategic direction

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, merchandising, or related field (MBA preferred).

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a multi-year licensing strategy aligned with brand objectives.
• Own the P&L for the licensing portfolio, including revenue, margin, and expenses.
• Lead cross-functional collaboration with merchandising, design, marketing, legal, wholesale, and supply chain to grow licensing revenue.
