Testing Site - JPMC in New York seeks an experienced Vice President to join our industry-leading Leveraged Finance team. You will develop strong client relationships and work across multiple products including M&A, restructurings, and debt/equity raises.

Responsibilities include acting as the primary client contact on capital markets transactions, guiding junior bankers, refining materials, building financial projections, and managing deal risks with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in Leveraged Finance (front office).
• Bachelor's degree in related field.
• Experience training junior bankers.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to explain concepts clearly.
• Very strong quantitative and analytical skills including Excel modeling.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines; capable of synthesizing large amounts of information.
• Adaptable and able to manage projects independently with responsibility.
• Comfortable interacting with clients in a professional, mature manner.

Responsabilités

• Acting as the primary day-to-day client point of contact and lead banker on capital markets transactions.
• Reviewing and coordinating the analytic work of junior bankers to move marketing/execution process forward.
• Refining marketing/execution materials for maximum client impact.
• Overseeing the creation of financial projection models.
• Identifying and managing all risks in a given deal.
• Liaising with other internal and external parties on transactions (e.g., lawyers, accountants, counterparties).
