Job summary

Qualifications

• 7+ years of progressive experience in finance, FP&A, banking or related analytical functions.
• Bachelor’s degree in finance, statistics, accounting, or related field.
• Ability to analyze P&L, balance sheets, net interest income, expenses, and key drivers.
• Advanced financial modeling and forecasting experience including scenario & sensitivity analyses.

Responsibilities

• Shape lending pricing strategy from concept through implementation and ongoing performance monitoring.
• Develop and maintain financial analysis models and tools with documentation and controls.
• Evaluate pricing decisions through profitability analyses including ROE and value creation.
• Govern pricing assumptions and deliver decision-ready analysis for product strategy.
