Job summary

JPMorgan Chase & Co. is seeking a Senior Associate in Business Banking Lending Finance to support pricing analysis, forecasting, and management reporting across retail and wholesale lending portfolios.

You will translate business cases into financial performance analysis, generating actionable insights to inform decisions. The role involves concept-to-implementation work and improving management reporting with strong governance.

Qualifications

4+ years of experience in finance, analytics, pricing, or business management.
Bachelor’s degree in finance, statistics, accounting, or related field.
Strong financial acumen and ability to solve complex problems with data-driven analysis.
Proven ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and deliver results.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with Product, Credit Decisioning, and Risk to support pricing strategy from concept to implementation and monitoring.
Develop and maintain financial analysis models and tooling with strong controls and clear documentation.
Evaluate pricing and discount requests through economic assessments and document recommendations.
Support pricing economics by governing key assumptions and delivering analysis for business cases.
Refresh pricing parameters to keep rate grids, floors/ceilings, and segmentation up to date.
Lead and contribute to ad hoc analyses and deep dives on pricing trade-offs.
Own management dashboards and reporting, exploring modernization through data centralization.
