Formación

• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field plus 5+ years in advanced analytics roles.
• Strong skills in SQL and Python/R for data querying, transformation, and validation.
• Proficiency in statistical analysis and product/customer analytics methods.
• Ability to translate ambiguous business questions into structured analytical approaches and actionable recommendations.

Responsabilidades

• Build and maintain analyses and reporting from end to end (framing to stakeholder review).
• Translate complex findings into clear, executive-ready recommendations for senior leaders.
• Define KPI logic and documentation to support auditability and consistent measurement.
• Identify opportunities to improve measurement, automation, and analytics workflows (including AI-assisted approaches).
• Partner with Product, Operations, Risk, Finance, and Tech teams to align on objectives.
• Deliver benchmarking and peer comparisons to inform leadership decisions.
