Job summary

Citigroup Inc. in Tampa is hiring for a software engineer to develop and support Cash and Fixed Income data processing components using Java/Kotlin. You will write automated tests and operate in an Agile team with a strong CI/CD focus.

You will collaborate with product owners and colleagues to ensure reliable production outcomes, participate in design discussions, and contribute to architectural best practices within Citi’s Prime Brokerage Technology group.

Qualifications

Background delivering software using an iterative Agile approach.
Exposure to quality-led engineering practices, such as developer-led automated testing, CI/CD, microservices, containerized deployment, and cloud engineering.
Track record of owning and delivering reliable outcomes for business users.
Comfortable engaging with product owners to understand requirements and help explore solutions.

Responsibilities

Develop and support Cash and Fixed Income data processing components (Java/Kotlin) within the Prime Brokerage Technology platform.
Write and maintain developer-led automated tests as part of day-to-day delivery.
Work within an Agile team with a strong focus on CI/CD and DevOps.
