Citigroup's Equities Technology team seeks a hands-on engineering leader to shape the Prime Brokerage platform in Java/Kotlin. You will own delivery, drive architecture, and mentor agile teams while raising engineering standards across production systems.

You will contribute to planning, performance, and security, staying hands-on and delivering real value through AI-assisted tooling and robust DevOps. Hybrid work and career growth are offered.

Qualifikationen

• Experience designing and delivering robust, scalable event‑driven systems.
• Proven software engineering delivery of complex initiatives.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Excellent communication and ability to adjust priorities.
• Hands‑on coding with Java and TDD.

• Own, design, and build core components of Prime Brokerage platform.
• Lead planning and estimation with technical teams and stakeholders.
• Stay hands-on and contribute production changes.
• Improve SDLC, DevOps, and observability.
• Mentor engineers and contribute to hiring.
