Aramark is seeking a Vice President of Labor Relations to lead a nationwide labor relations strategy from its Philadelphia headquarters. You will guide a dispersed team, oversee collective bargaining, contract administration, and workforce planning, while advising senior leadership on risk, performance, and growth opportunities.

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Labor Relations, Industrial Relations, Business Administration, Law, or a related field is required.
• Master's degree, Juris Doctor (JD), or advanced degree is preferred.
• 8+ years of progressive labor relations or related experience in a large, unionized environment.
• Experience leading teams and collective bargaining negotiations.
• Ability to influence senior leaders and cross-functional stakeholders.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and implement enterprise-wide labor relations strategies aligned with organizational goals.
• Manage and guide Labor Relations Directors, support negotiations, and ensure contract provisions are applied consistently.
• Build and maintain relationships with union leadership at all levels and represent the organization in relevant meetings.
• Oversee bargaining administration, grievance handling, arbitrations, and unemployment/dispute management.
