Job summary

Santander Bank in Dallas, TX seeks a Vice President to lead the CIB Client Lifecycle Management – KYC Team. You’ll manage onboarding, ensure regulatory compliance, and mentor a team delivering high-quality client experiences in a global framework.

Responsibilities include overseeing KYC, escalation handling, and collaboration with global teams to meet client needs while upholding risk controls and reporting. This is a hybrid Dallas position offering leadership in a complex onboarding program.

Qualifications

• 7 years in AML/KYC roles; 5-7 years managing teams.
• ACAMS, BSA, KYC/Compliance procedures and standards.
• Strong knowledge of financial regulations and risk controls.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Know Your Client process for new and existing clients, including research, request and review of documentation.
• Escalation contact to ensure information for compliance is available and accurate.
• Support ad hoc projects for regulatory, legal, bank and audit requirements.
• Collaborate with a Global team on client requests and best practices.
• Liaise with clients, front office staff, credit, legal and operations for KYC.
• Support KYC execution in line with bank compliance policies and procedures.
• Act as a single point of contact to obtain KYC, Tax, and regulatory requirements.
