Job summary

Alder Bowman, on behalf of our client, seeks a Vice President to lead the K-12 Schools Facilities Management Division. This role reports to the Chief Operating Officer and oversees a team of 11 regional Directors, driving performance, operational excellence, and strategic execution across the line of business.

Responsibilities include facility service delivery across locations, budgets, O&M, capital projects, R&R, R&M, space planning, asset management, and infrastructure initiatives; advising

Qualifications

• 7+ years of division P&L leadership including operations, capital projects, property management for K-12 schools
• Significant leadership, strategy development & performance management experience
• Demonstrated record of performance improvement
• Establishes and maintains positive relationships at all levels
• Leads by example by exhibiting respect, collaboration, adaptability

Responsibilities

• Leads facility service delivery operations across locations, including administration, budgets, O&M, and capital projects
• Advices school leadership on facilities, real estate portfolio development and management
• Ensures compliance with internal and external rules and contractual requirements

Education

Master's degree

Professional Engineer (PE) license

APPA CEFP Credential

Facility Manager Certification

Project Management Certification

Lean Six Sigma Certification
