Our client, a global leader in commercial and public sector property management seeks to hire a divisional leader of Facility Management Services. This position reports to the Chief Operating Officer and leads a team of 11 regional Directors. Primary focus is driving performance, operational excellence, and strategic execution across the K-12 Schools Facilities Management line of business.
Scope: This position leads facility service delivery operations across all locations. This includes administration, budgets, facilities operations and maintenance (O&M), emergency preparedness, capital projects and construction, repair and replacement (R&R), renovations and modernization (R&M), space planning, asset management, and related infrastructure initiatives
Performance: Establishes organizational expectations, strategic goals, and key performance indicators that drive accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement. Evaluates performance using data-driven insights. Develop, guide and support team professional advancement.
Relationship Management: Communicates effectively with employees, leadership, and the public through multiple channels, fostering engagement, managing expectations, and elevating awareness of the critical work performed. Ensure regional directors are aligned with institutional priorities while delivering measurable value.
Advising: As a trusted advisor, guide school leadership on facilities, capital planning, real estate portfolio development and management, maintenance, and property infrastructure, presenting recommendations that support priorities, financial stewardship, and customer satisfaction.
Compliance: With the support of the office of General Counsel, Ensures compliance with all applicable internal and external rules, regulations, guidelines, and contractual requirements.
