You will work with quantitative researchers and product partners, drive code quality through rigorous reviews, and advance testing, deployment, and monitoring to ensure best execution and platform resilience.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience in high-performance, low-latency Java systems.
• Deep understanding of JVM internals, concurrency and memory management.
• Experience designing automated trading systems with Smart Order Routers is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead design, development and optimization of low-latency microservices and the Smart Order Router.
• Enhance routing logic, venue analysis models and performance.
• Drive testing frameworks, CI/CD practices and deployment processes.
• Collaborate with product, quantitative researchers and other tech teams.
