You will report to the Chief Legal Officer and oversee prosecution, licensing, and enforcement while modernizing operations with AI. This leadership role focuses on building a robust IP portfolio, managing budgets, and guiding cross-functional teams across Product, Engineering, Marketing, and outside counsel to shape strategic filings and protect key

Formación

• J.D. and active bar membership in the state of residence, eligible to practice in-house; USPTO admission.

Responsabilidades

• Lead global IP portfolio strategy, prosecution, licensing, and enforcement aligned with business priorities.
• Oversee trademark, copyright, and trade secret strategy across jurisdictions.
• Mentor IP team and manage budgets, outside counsel, and litigation support.
