The role emphasizes AI-forward operations, cross-functional collaboration with Product and Engineering, and team leadership to advance CrowdStrike's IP portfolio and value.

Formación

• J.D. with bar admission in good standing; in-house IP leadership experience preferred.
• 15+ years in IP, with leadership and team management responsibilities.
• Extensive patent, trademark, copyright, and trade secret experience across software, SaaS, cloud, and AI.

Responsabilidades

• Lead global IP strategy for CrowdStrike's platform and products.
• Oversee patent and trademark portfolios, prosecutions, and licensing discussions.
• Drive AI-enabled IP workflows and responsible AI governance across the function.
• Mentor the IP team and coordinate with Product, Engineering, and outside counsel.
• Support IP litigation strategy and enforcement, including budget oversight.
