CrowdStrike is seeking an AI-forward Vice President of IP Strategy to lead global IP strategy for its cloud-native cybersecurity platform. Reporting to the Chief Legal Officer, you will drive the IP function, shape the portfolio, and collaborate with executive and technical leadership to protect mission-critical innovations.

You will steer prosecution, licensing, and enforcement strategies, modernize IP operations with AI, and provide strategic guidance for litigation and policy development

Qualifications

Extensive experience leading global IP strategy and portfolio alignment with business goals.
Proven track record in patent prosecution, portfolio analytics, and licensing discussions.
Strong governance of trademarks, copyright, and trade secret protection.
Demonstrated cross-functional leadership with product, engineering, and legal teams.

Responsibilities

Lead and execute a global patent prosecution strategy aligned with business priorities and product roadmap.
Oversee trademark clearance, filing, maintenance, and IP enforcement across jurisdictions.
Advise on copyright ownership and protection for software, publications, and technical docs.
Provide strategic IP licensing support and collaborate on M&A, litigation, and disputes.
