Church & Dwight Co., Inc. seeks a strategic, senior leader to head Investor Relations and Communications, shaping the company narrative for investors, analysts, media and employees. You will report to the CFO and partner with the CEO and CHRO to communicate strategy, performance and value creation.

The role is hybrid with in-person Ewing, NJ office attendance Tue–Thu and remote Mon and Fri, offering collaboration and opportunities to influence across the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 15+ years progressive leadership experience in Investor Relations, Corporate Communications, Corporate Affairs, Finance, Equity Research, Investment Banking, or related fields.
• MBA, CFA, CPA, or other advanced degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary IR leader for investors, shareholders, and sell- and buy-side analysts.
• Lead the quarterly earnings process, including CEO/CFO scripts, press releases, Q&A preparations, and post-release engagements.
• Creatively share business results, strategy, and operating performance in investor messaging.
• Execute targeted investor outreach to deepen shareholder engagement with global reach.
• Deliver high-quality investor engagements (Annual Investor Days, Analyst conferences, NDRs, Shareholder Meetings).
• Provide the CEO, CFO, ELT, and Board with actionable insights on investor sentiment and market expectations.
• Maintain compliance with SEC requirements, Regulation FD, governance standards, and disclosure controls.
• Lead enterprise communications with internal and external audiences to maintain clarity of messaging.
