IDEAYA Biosciences is seeking a Vice President, Investor Relations & Corporate Communications to establish and lead an integrated IR and corporate communications function at a pivotal growth stage. You will partner with the CEO and CFO to shape external narrative, investor engagement, and milestones, while building a scalable team and governance framework.

Qualifications

• Experience in investor relations, corporate communications, equity research, media or related roles in biotechnology/pharma.
• Strong understanding of biotechnology drug development, regulatory pathways, and capital markets.
• Proven ability to build trusted relationships with institutional investors, analysts, media and executive teams.

Responsibilities

• Investor Relations: Develop and execute IR strategy; engage with institutional investors, sell-side analysts, and the investment community; support quarterly earnings and investor events; prep earnings materials and messaging; ensure SEC disclosure compliance.
