Job summary

Route 92 Medical in San Mateo, CA, seeks a Director of Investor Relations & Corporate Communications to lead investor relations, corporate communications, media and executive communications in a fast‑growing medical device company.

You will craft compelling narratives, partner with the CEO and CFO, and align messaging across channels. The role drives investor engagement, public disclosures, and strategic communication of clinical and commercial progress.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in investor relations, corporate communications, or related roles.
• Exceptional written, verbal, and presentation skills.
• Ability to translate complex financial and clinical information into clear narratives.
• Experience in high-growth or publicly traded companies is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead investor relations strategy and messaging in partnership with CEO and CFO.
• Develop investor presentations, fact sheets, Q&A documents, and annual updates.
• Oversee media relations, thought leadership content, and corporate announcements.
• Prepare executives for investor meetings, media interviews, and public engagements.
• Coordinate internal communications with HR to reinforce vision and priorities.
