Job summary

Penguin Solutions in Fremont, CA is seeking a Vice President of Investor Relations to build and lead the IR function, serving as the primary interface with shareholders, analysts and the investment community. The role reports to the CFO and requires translating complex AI infrastructure concepts into a compelling equity story.

This senior leader will partner with the CEO, CFO, and legal/comms teams to ensure disciplined external communications, robust disclosures, and proactive investor

Qualifications

• 10+ years in investor relations or related public-company finance/communications role.
• Experience leading or contributing to an IR function at a publicly traded tech/hardware company.
• Solid understanding of SEC disclosure requirements, Nasdaq expectations, and investor communications best practices.

Responsibilities

• Develop and refine a comprehensive investor relations strategy aligned with the company’s business goals and long-term value creation.
• Serve as the primary spokesperson for institutional investors, sell-side analysts, shareholders, and financial community stakeholders.
• Shape and communicate a clear investment narrative on the AI factory platform and growth trajectory.
• Lead end-to-end quarterly earnings process, earnings releases, conference calls, and investor presentations.
• Ensure external disclosures are accurate, compliant, and consistent across all investor-facing communications.
